Mission lifecycle
From request to delivery
STAGE 1
Requested
You pick a slot and describe the job. Instant confirmation email with your booking link.
STAGE 2
Cleared
We check airspace (LAANC if needed) and weather, then confirm the flight window — usually same day.
STAGE 3
Flown
Licensed pilot on site at the confirmed time. Most residential missions take under an hour.
STAGE 4
Processing
Editing, annotation, report assembly. You get an ETA in the post-flight email.
STAGE 5
Delivered
Secure download link. Invoice settles by card link — no payment due until you've seen the work.
Reschedule, cancel, weather
- You cancel or move it: free any time up to 24 hours before the flight window, straight from your confirmation email.
- Weather cancels it: we reschedule at no charge — drones don't fly safely in rain or high wind, and gray skies waste your money anyway.
- We're late or miss: the mission is discounted. We publish the standard we want to be held to.
