How fast will I get my photos and video?Edited aerial photos are typically delivered in 24–48 hours; packages with video usually take about 3–5 business days for editing, stabilization, and color work.
What happens if the weather is bad on shoot day?Drones can't fly safely in rain or high wind, and gray skies hurt image quality — so we monitor conditions and reschedule at no charge if needed. Booking early leaves room for weather shifts.
Can you legally fly at my property? What about airports nearby?Yes — our pilots hold FAA Part 107 commercial certification (required for all real-estate drone work). Flights stay under 400 ft, and if the property sits in controlled airspace near an airport we obtain LAANC digital authorization before takeoff. We handle all of it.
What affects the price?Property size and lot complexity, photos-only vs. photo+video, twilight or rush add-ons, and location/airspace requirements. Typical residential aerial packages run about $150–$400, with premium photo+video packages up to $750.
